Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused knife in its original gift box and protective sheath to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master bladesmiths inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
